Maintain the website task list and ensure that its items are completed in a timely manner.
Manage meetings and communicate effectively with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Communicate and educate employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and adherence.
Recruitment : Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and identifying opportunities for additional services or products.
