Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating ongoing Web projects and functions as a  point of contact between lines of business and the web development teams.

 

Qualification
Bachelor degree with 1-3 years of digital or web coordinator or related experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team.
Working knowledge of computer applications, including those involving: word processing, spreadsheets, PDF creation, photo, and graphics editing, google doc.
Basic Internet skills and knowledge.
Working knowledge of the World Wide Web, basic Website terminology and Website usage.
Understanding the value of external links and link sharing.
Well organized.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience and ability to work harmoniously with a wide range of people.
Responsibilities
Maintains a Website task list and makes sure its items are accomplished in a timely manner.
Responsible for all departmental Web data and the file structures in which it is kept.
Communicate with Web Project Manager, Product Teams, and the Department on a regular basis, ensuring marketing tasks are prioritized, organized, and scheduled.
Assists in web asset collection and delivery with individuals (marketing, product team, cruise team) across all departments.
Web and Online Marketing stakeholders to ensure plans are coordinated and responsible team members meet deadlines.
Updates master timelines including organizing assets and updating the team on status and budgets.
Communicates and organizes incoming requests for changes, priorities, and determine schedules.
Work with Product Teams to gather design and development assets for sites and marketing
Assists Project Manager in reviewing analytics and promotion schedule to make inventory forecasts for Web.
Assists with Quality Assurance testing of websites.
Assists in web page build.
