Business Development Manager is responsible for improving the company market position and achieves financial growth. Have to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Proven sales track record.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Jordanian laws.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills.
Customer satisfaction oriented.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
Enhance the day-to-day operation running to achieve the company goals.
Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
