Job Description

Sales account manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with the company's existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They are the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
2-5 years of experiences in a relevant field is a must
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English languages
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skill
Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and identifying opportunities for additional services or products.
Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to create and present proposals and solutions that meet the clients' needs.
Managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiations and contract signing.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
