The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible to expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Contract: 6 months with the possibility to extend.
2+ year of marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, and Communications
Extensive knowledge of processes behind digital marketing and social media.
Perfect Written English
Must be familiar with digital advertising in general
Must have used Social media ads
Google Ads, SEO, email marketing knowledge is a plus
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture)
Experience in setting up and optimizing online campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Create effective media plans & campaign strategies
Handle marketing automation tools setup and email marketing automation flows for different user journeys.
Provide the recommended targeting for each persona / feature / campaign goal.
Track, measure and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
Drive traffic to company pages
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
