We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources activities within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to the overall well-being and development of our employees.
2-5 years’ experience as HR rols, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR practices.
Experience in ICT sector is a plus.
Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
Knowledge of Jordanian labor legislation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Communicate and educate employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and adherence.
Recruitment : Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns . Maintaining a healthy company enviroment.
Compliance and Reporting :Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in HR practices. Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate HR metrics and data.
Onboarding : Coordinate new employee onboarding, conducting orientation sessions and providing necessary information.
Oversee and maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Handling all logistics related to office and company legal papers.
