QA is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of service delivery to assigned clients and achieving high levels of performance and customer service and establishing policies to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery performance.
1-3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
Proven previous experience in testing web applications, mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of APIs.
Experience in CMS, Drupal is a plus.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Experience with Agile software development using JIRA.
Responsible for creating project documentation like SRS, BRS, and user manuals.
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Deliver services and do training for clients.
