UI/UX Designer is responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

BS degree in a relevant subject area
Deep knowledge of product life cycle
Understanding of agile, waterfall, modified agile and kanban methodologies
5+ years’ experience in Design, UX/UI
Soft skills to include strong sense of accountability and understanding that people support what they help create
Can work well in a cross-team collaborative environment, with little oversight, and be able to engage stakeholders with various business and technical backgrounds
Superior interview and listening skills. Must have the ability to synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders and deliver an output where contributors clearly see their needs met
Partner with Business teams, based on priority to optimize overall User Experience
Knowledgebase to inform reasonable metrics targets for standard digital functionality
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
