Job Description
The Junior QA is responsible for supporting and being an active member of the QA team to ensure the quality of products and services, including assisting with system testing and documenting issues.
Qualification
Entry-level or 1 year of experience with a background in software quality assurance.
Proven previous experience in testing web applications, mobile applications.
knowledge of APIs.
Knowledge of CMS; knowledge of Drupal is a plus.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Experience with Agile software development using JIRA.
Responsibilities
Responsible for creating project documentation like SRS, BRS, and user manuals.
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Deliver services and do training for clients.
