Job Description

The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle and overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, attendance and leave management, HR policies, employee support, and administrative activities.

The role will also coordinate with management and the accounting function to ensure accurate and timely handling of employee-related matters.


 


 

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees.
Coordinate job postings, CV screening, interviews, candidate communication, and hiring procedures.
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Follow up on employee attendance, leaves, and related records.
Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
Implement HR policies and procedures and contribute to their development and continuous improvement.
Follow up on employment grants and incentives and prepare and track related financial claims.
Coordinate with the Accountant regarding payroll, employee-related payments, financial claims, and other related matters.
Manage and follow up on employee visas and travel bookings.
Follow up on the company’s office administrative needs and manage the Petty Cash.
Handle employee HR inquiries and follow up on their requests and needs.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and other required HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives when required.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience in managing employee records, documentation, attendance, and leave.
Experience in handling employee-related administrative and financial matters.
Experience with employment grants and financial claims is preferred.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
Previous experience in an IT company is not required.
