The account manager is responsible to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Tasks may involve strategic planning, sales support, logistics, and marketing.
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
At least 2-7 years of experiences in a relevant field is a must
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of consumer behaviors
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology
Excellent time management skill
Communicating with clients to understand their needs.
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsor
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
