QA is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of service delivery to assigned clients and achieving high levels of performance and customer service and establishing policies to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery performance.
Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science major or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in a related field.
Proficiency in speaking, writing and listening English.
Experience in web application, mobile application testing is must.
The technical delivery of all services meets requirements for quality, range, and service level.
Fulfill all changes and other clients' requests in a timely manner.
Identify problems and errors before they occur and record these incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail.
Solve technical problems to the satisfaction of clients.
Interpret client requirements, evaluate, organize, and prioritize work within a schedule.
