Job Description
The IT Project Manager is the primary individual responsible for successfully delivering IT project objectives. These objectives are accomplished using proven project management methods to overcome constraints such as cost, scope, time while ensuring quality. Day-to-day activities involve project intake, resourcing, writing project charters, defining project scope, identifying potential risks, resolving critical problems, and writing project status reports.
Qualification
5-8+ years of experience in IT project management, software development and project delivery
Demonstrated effective project management skills especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating teammates
Demonstrated success translating objectives into project plans
Demonstrated success with scheduling and cost processes
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
Demonstrated experience managing moderately complex IT projects
Demonstrated ability to effectively track, analyze and trend project schedules to ensure successful and timely completion
Ability to communicate effectively to leadership
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and external partners
Solid organizational skills including strong attention to detail
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints and budgets
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Full lifecycle, application development, integration experience
Experience in managing project financials
Experience in high level meeting facilitation
Experience with waterfall and Agile/Scrum/SAF methodologies
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
